Rep. Louie Gohmert Supports ICE Agents Who are Being Forced to Break the Law

Yesterday, 10 Immigration and Customs Enforcement Agents (ICE) filed a Federal lawsuit against the Barack Hussein Obama administration seeking to rescind what an unlawful policy directive from to cease deportation of illegal immigrants. Ice agents are being suspended for retaining illegal immigrants, even if there are outstanding warrants against them. If an agent retains any illegal a second time, he is in jeopardy of losing his job!
The agents believe that if such a stand was taken against “Fast and Furious”, fellow Border Patrol agent Brian Terry would be alive today.
Our Tea Party friend and a former Judge Representative Louie Gohmert stated on Fox and Friends this morning that the agents have “A very solid case.” “It’s very clear law that you can not be ordered to violate the law.You can not be ordered to do an unlawful act.”
